MeasurementsIngredients
6 TbspButter
3 Rounded TbspFlour
2 1/2 CChicken Stock
1/4 CMilk
~16Mushrooms, Chopped Fine
3 TbspChopped Parsley
2-3 TbspLemon
1/3 CupHeavy Cream & Milk
Salt
Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter, add flour & cook for 3-4 min.
  2. Add broth; blend well & bring to a boil, stirring all the time.
  3. Add milk, mushrooms, parsley, & lemon juice.
  4. Cook 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in cream & season to taste with salt & pepper.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
