Measurements | Ingredients |

6 Tbsp | Butter |
3 Rounded Tbsp | Flour |
2 1/2 C | Chicken Stock |
1/4 C | Milk |
~16 | Mushrooms, Chopped Fine |
3 Tbsp | Chopped Parsley |
2-3 Tbsp | Lemon |
1/3 Cup | Heavy Cream & Milk |
Salt | |
Black Pepper |
Instructions
- Melt butter, add flour & cook for 3-4 min.
- Add broth; blend well & bring to a boil, stirring all the time.
- Add milk, mushrooms, parsley, & lemon juice.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Stir in cream & season to taste with salt & pepper.
- Serve hot or cold.
