MeasurementsIngredients
~8 ozFresh Green Beans, Cut lengthwise into strips
1 Can (4 oz)Mushrooms, Stems & Pieces, drained
1/2 CupChopped Onion
2 ClovesGarlic, Crushed
1 CupShredded Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 CupsMilk
1/4 CupBacon Bits
3 TbspFlour
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°.
  2. Grease 10 x 1 1/2” pan.
  3. Heat beans & 1 in. of salted water.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Cook uncovered 5 min.
  6. Cook & cover until tender.
  7. (30 min.) Mix beans, mushrooms, onion, garlic, and cheese in a plate.
  8. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth for 15 seconds in a blender.
  9. Pour into plate.
  10. Bake 30-35 minutes.
  11. Cool for 5 minutes.
