1 lbFresh Tuna
6 ClovesGarlic Minced
1Onion - Finely Chopped
6 TbspOlive Oil
6Tomatoes - Peeled & Chopped
1Red Pepper - Cut Strips
3Green Peppers - Cut Strips
6Potatoes - Cubed
PinchSaffron
Salt, Pepper, & Water

Instructions

  1. Sauté Onion & Garlic Until Golden.
  2. In Pot Add Tuna, Peppers, Saffron, Tomatoes, & Potatoes.
  3. Add Enough Water To Make Six Servings.
  4. Season with Salt & Pepper.
  5. Simmer Until Vegetables Are Cooked But Not Mushy.

Note

Canned Tuna Can Be Used If Rinsed With Boiling Water.
