3 | Green Peppers - Cut Strips |
6 | Potatoes - Cubed |
Pinch | Saffron |
Salt, Pepper, & Water |
Instructions
- Sauté Onion & Garlic Until Golden.
- In Pot Add Tuna, Peppers, Saffron, Tomatoes, & Potatoes.
- Add Enough Water To Make Six Servings.
- Season with Salt & Pepper.
- Simmer Until Vegetables Are Cooked But Not Mushy.
Note
Canned Tuna Can Be Used If Rinsed With Boiling Water.
