MeasurementsIngredients
2 CansItalian Stewed Tomatoes (14 ½ oz)
2 (6.5 oz) CansChopped Clams
3 MediumPotatoes Cut In 1” Cubes
1 Medium CloveGarlic - Minced
⅛ tspHot Red Pepper Flakes
1 SmallZucchini Cut In ½ ” Cubes
3 TbspPesto Sauce

Instructions

  1. Drain Clams & Add Juice To Tomatoes.
  2. Add Potatoes, Garlic, & Pepper.
  3. Simmer 15 Minutes.
  4. Stir In Zucchini & Simmer 5 Minutes.
  5. Add Clams & Pesto.

Note

1 tsp Dried Basil & 3 Tbsp Parmesan Can Be Substituted For Pesto
