Two TablespoonsPeanut Oil
One PoundSalted Peanuts
One TeaspoonGarlic Salt
Two TablespoonsGrated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (moderate oven).
  2. Heat two tablespoons of peanut oil in a flat baking pan in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the pan from the oven. Add one pound of salted peanuts and stir until they are coated with the hot oil.
  4. Return the pan to the oven for about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven. Sprinkle with two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and one teaspoon of garlic salt.
  6. Stir to coat the peanuts with the cheese and salt mixture.
  7. Cool completely and serve.
