Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (moderate oven).
- Heat two tablespoons of peanut oil in a flat baking pan in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven. Add one pound of salted peanuts and stir until they are coated with the hot oil.
- Return the pan to the oven for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Sprinkle with two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and one teaspoon of garlic salt.
- Stir to coat the peanuts with the cheese and salt mixture.
- Cool completely and serve.
