Butter
1Onion
Yellow Squash
Zucchini Squash
1 CanCorn
1 CanGreen Chiles, Chopped
Cheese, Grated
Flour Tortilla

Instructions

  1. Saute 1 onion in butter.
  2. Add equal parts of yellow and zucchini squash.
  3. Add 1 can of corn, 1 can of chopped green chiles.
  4. Dash of half & half.
  5. Stir until it softens a little.
  6. Add grated cheese.
  7. Cover & simmer until done.
  8. Wrap in flour tortilla.
