2Eggs
1 tspSalt
2 TbspMelted Margarine
2 TbspSugar
3/4 CupsMilk
Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs slightly.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Pour into a buttered baking dish.
  4. Bake at 325° until set - 25 to 30 min.
  5. Do not overbake.
  6. If inserted knife blade comes out clean, the pudding is set.
  7. Sprinkle with nutmeg (?).
