1 PoundCarrots
1 TbspButter
1 TbspBrown Sugar
1 TbspDijon Mustard
Parsley, Snipped

Instructions

  1. Peel Carrots and cut into ¼ inch diagonal slices.
  2. In a small pan, bring ½ cup Water to a boil; add Carrots, cover, and cook until barely tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Stir in Butter, Sugar, and Mustard.
  5. Cook and stir over medium heat until glazed, about one or two minutes.
  6. Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with Parsley.
