1 PoundBean Sprouts (boil)
1 TeaspoonSalt
1/4 TeaspoonPepper
1 TeaspoonSesame Seed
1 1/2 TeaspoonsVinegar
1 TeaspoonSesame Oil
1/2 TeaspoonCrushed Red Pepper (hot)
1Green Onion, chopped
1/2 CloveGarlic, minced
1 1/2 TeaspoonsSoy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil bean sprouts and squeeze out excess water.
  2. Rinse in cold water.
  3. Mix with remaining ingredients (salt, pepper, sesame seed, vinegar, sesame oil, crushed red pepper, chopped green onion, minced garlic, soy sauce)

Note

This is a good side dish for hot days.
