Converted Rice
1Jalapeno Pepper
1 CanChopped Green Chiles
1 CanCorn (Optional)
Ground Black Pepper
Large CartonSour Cream
ShreddedCheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook Converted Rice as directed with a jalapeno pepper and 1 can chopped green chiles.
  2. Remove pepper, add another can of corn (optional), more green chiles, lots of ground black pepper, and a large carton of sour cream.
  3. Mix.
  4. Sprinkle lots of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 350° for about 1/2 hr (?).
