Instructions

  1. Fry cup rice in bacon fat until brown.
  2. Add celery, bell pepper, and onion (chopped, amounts to preference).
  3. Add tomato sauce (amount to preference).
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Fill skillet with water (enough to cook the rice and create a sauce).
  6. Bring to a boil.
