1Egg Yolk
¼ lbButter
⅔ CupCream
½ CupGrated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Beat Egg Yolk with a fork.
  2. Add Egg Yolk to Cream.
  3. Melt Butter.
  4. Pour Butter, Egg/Cream mixture, and ½ of the Parmesan Cheese over pasta, stirring constantly.
  5. Add the remaining Cheese slowly while stirring.
