¼ lb | Butter |
⅔ Cup | Cream |
½ Cup | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
Instructions
- Beat Egg Yolk with a fork.
- Add Egg Yolk to Cream.
- Melt Butter.
- Pour Butter, Egg/Cream mixture, and ½ of the Parmesan Cheese over pasta, stirring constantly.
- Add the remaining Cheese slowly while stirring.
