Instructions

  1. Leave 2 tbsp. fat in skillet.
  2. Add 1 tbsp. flour.
  3. Cook until brown and bubbly.
  4. Add 1 cup milk.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Stir constantly until the gravy is thickened.
  7. Serves 4.
  8. Heat: Medium-Low.
  9. Time: 10 min.
