1/3 CSugar
1 TbspFlour
1/2 tspGrated Lemon Peel
1/4 CLemon Juice
1Well Beaten Egg
1 CTiny Marshmallows
1 CMayonnaise or Salad Dressing

Instructions

  1. In a 1 qt. saucepan, combine sugar and flour.
  2. Stir in lemon peel, juice, egg, and marshmallows.
  3. Cook and stir over low heat until the mixture thickens slightly and marshmallows melt (about 10 min.).
  4. Cool slightly, fold in mayonnaise or salad dressing.
  5. Cover and chill.
  6. Serve on fruit salads.
