1/4 t. | Minced Garlic |
1/4 | Small Onion (Chopped) |
1/2 - 3/4 t. | Salt |
1-2 | Tomatoes (Cut into Pieces) |
1 T. | Lemon Juice |
1/2 t. | Red Pepper |
Instructions
- Peel and mash avocados with lemon juice.
- Add onion, garlic, tomatoes, salt, and red pepper.
- Mix together with a fork.
- Be sure to store salad with the avocado seed.
