MeasurementsIngredients
1/2 CloveGarlic
3 TbspKirsch
2 CupsDry White Wine
3 TbspCorn Starch
1 LBNatural Swiss Cheese, Grated
1/4 tspBaking Soda
White Pepper
Paprika
Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Rub the inside of the pot with a garlic clove.
  2. Mix Corn starch and Kirsch and set aside.
  3. Put Wine in pot.
  4. Heat until bubbles start to rise on a medium heat.
  5. Add cheese.
  6. When cheese starts to bubble add cornstarch mixture.
  7. Stir constantly.
  8. Add baking soda & spices.
  9. It is ready.
