MeasurementsIngredients
TwoLarge Onions, Diced
Two CupsVinegar
One TablespoonDry Mustard
TeaspoonSalt
One TeaspoonGarlic Salt
One TablespoonWorcestershire Sauce
One & TeaspoonsPepper
Box (1 & Cups)Brown Sugar
One TablespoonLiquid Smoke
Two CupsCatsup
TeaspoonRed Pepper (or 1 tsp Chili Powder)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large saucepan: diced onions, vinegar, dry mustard, salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, brown sugar, liquid smoke, catsup, and red pepper (or chili powder).
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, without a lid, for an hour or so, until the sauce is slightly thickened.
