Measurements | Ingredients |

Two | Large Onions, Diced |
Two Cups | Vinegar |
One Tablespoon | Dry Mustard |
Teaspoon | Salt |
One Teaspoon | Garlic Salt |
One Tablespoon | Worcestershire Sauce |
One & Teaspoons | Pepper |
Box (1 & Cups) | Brown Sugar |
One Tablespoon | Liquid Smoke |
Two Cups | Catsup |
Teaspoon | Red Pepper (or 1 tsp Chili Powder) |
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large saucepan: diced onions, vinegar, dry mustard, salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, brown sugar, liquid smoke, catsup, and red pepper (or chili powder).
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, without a lid, for an hour or so, until the sauce is slightly thickened.
