1 can (drained)French Cut Green Beans
1 can (drained)Cut Wax Yellow Beans
1 can (drained & rinsed)Kidney Beans
1 small (chopped)Onion
1 small (chopped)Green Pepper
1/2 cupVinegar
3/4 cupSugar
1/2 cupSalad Oil
1/4 teaspoonSalt
1/4 teaspoonPepper

Instructions

  1. Place one can of drained french cut green beans and add to one can drained cut wax yellow beans and one can drained and rinsed kidney beans in a bowl.
  2. Blend one small chopped onion, one small chopped green pepper, 1/2 cup vinegar, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup salad oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper thoroughly.
  3. Pour the blended mixture over the beans.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
