1/2 cup | Salad Oil |
1/4 teaspoon | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | Pepper |
Instructions
- Place one can of drained french cut green beans and add to one can drained cut wax yellow beans and one can drained and rinsed kidney beans in a bowl.
- Blend one small chopped onion, one small chopped green pepper, 1/2 cup vinegar, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup salad oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper thoroughly.
- Pour the blended mixture over the beans.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
