1 Can*Cut Green Beans
1 Can*Cut Wax Beans
1 Can*Kidney Beans
1 Can*Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)
1 MediumOnion
1 CanSweet Pepper Flakes (likely Pimento or roasted red peppers)
CupOil
CupWhite Vinegar
1 TeaspoonSalt
DashPepper

Instructions

  1. Drain all the canned beans (green beans, wax beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans).
  2. Chop or slice the medium onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the drained beans and the onion.
  4. In a separate bowl or jar, mix together the oil, white vinegar, salt, dash of pepper, and the can of sweet pepper flakes (including their liquid, unless you prefer to drain them).
  5. Pour the dressing mixture (“other stuff”) over the beans.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Chill for several hours or overnight for best flavor before serving.
