1 SliceCantaloupe
1 SliceHoneydew Melon
As NeededLettuce
1 ScoopCottage Cheese
As NeededSliced Strawberries

Instructions

  1. On a bed of lettuce, place a slice of cantaloupe and a slice of honeydew melon. (The recipe notes: “each cut along rind for easy eating”).
  2. In the center (of the melon slices or plate), place a scoop of cottage cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with slices of strawberries.
  4. Serve as individual servings.
