MeasurementsIngredients
¾ CupWine Vinegar
½ CupOlive Oil
2 TablespoonsSugar
1 TeaspoonSalt
½ TeaspoonOregano
¼ TeaspoonPepper
½Small Cauliflower
2Carrots
2 StalksCelery
1Small Green Pepper
4 oz JarPimentos, drained
1 3oz JarGreen Olives
1 1/4 CupWater

Instructions

  1. Mix vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, oregano, and pepper.
  2. Add 1 ¼ cup water in large saucepan.
  3. Separate Cauliflower into florettes.
  4. Cut carrots into 2-inch strips.
  5. Cut celery into 1-inch strips.
  6. Cut green pepper into strips, Chop pimentos.
  7. Add cauliflowerets, carrots, celery, green pepper, pimentos & olives to vinegar mixture.
  8. Simmer 5 minutes.
  9. Chill 24 hours. Drain well before serving.
