MeasurementsIngredients
Cabbage
Onions
Salt
Green Peppers
½ CupVinegar
½ CupOil

Instructions

  1. Salt layers of Cabbage as you chop - using quite a bit.

  2. Top with layering of Onions, Salt, then Green Peppers.

  3. Stir in Oil & Vinegar (half Oil & half Vinegar)

    • ½ Cup Vinegar
    • ½ cup Oil
  4. Leave out of refrig & toss & stir several times before refrigerating.

  5. If it becomes too sour add water & stir.
