Salt layers of Cabbage as you chop - using quite a bit.

Top with layering of Onions, Salt, then Green Peppers.

Stir in Oil & Vinegar (half Oil & half Vinegar)
- ½ Cup Vinegar
- ½ cup Oil

Leave out of refrig & toss & stir several times before refrigerating.

If it becomes too sour add water & stir.
