Recipe

MeasurementsIngredients
Four CupsGrated Cheese (e.g., Parmesan, Romano, or a mix)
One & CupsGround Basil (Fresh, finely ground or processed)
Nine Cloves (“cubes” on card)Garlic, Ground
Small Cupped HandfulSalt
For Serving with Noodles:
Three Large TablespoonsBrazilica
Cube (approx. 2.5-3 T)Margarine or Butter
SomeHot Water from cooking noodles
One PackNoodles

Instructions

To Make Brazilica

  1. In a bowl, cream four cups of grated cheese into one and a half cups of ground basil with a small cupped handful of salt.
  2. Add nine ground garlic cloves.
  3. Make it smooth looking.
  4. Put the mixture into five small artichoke jars (or similar small, clean jars) and store.

To Serve with Noodles

  1. For one pack of cooked noodles, use three large tablespoons of the prepared Brazilica.
  2. Add of a cube of margarine or butter.
  3. Pour some of the hot water from cooking the noodles into the Brazilica and margarine mixture.
  4. Stir this sauce into the hot, drained noodles.
  5. You can always stir in more Brazilica if you want it.
