Instructions
- Soak cucumbers, peppers, and onions in a pan with 1 cup of salt for 2 hours.
- In a separate pot, combine vinegar, sugar, turmeric, mustard seed, and celery seed.
- Bring the vinegar mixture to a boil.
- Add the soaked cucumbers, peppers, and onions to the boiling vinegar mixture.
- Cook until the color changes.
