Instructions

  1. Soak cucumbers, peppers, and onions in a pan with 1 cup of salt for 2 hours.
  2. In a separate pot, combine vinegar, sugar, turmeric, mustard seed, and celery seed.
  3. Bring the vinegar mixture to a boil.
  4. Add the soaked cucumbers, peppers, and onions to the boiling vinegar mixture.
  5. Cook until the color changes.
