MeasurementsIngredients
Two CupsFruit Wine (Blackberry, Apple, etc.)
Three CupsSugar
One Half BottleCerto (Liquid Pectin)
to InchMelted Paraffin Wax (for sealing)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, dissolve three cups of sugar in two cups of fruit wine.
  2. Heat the mixture until it is near boiling, which should take about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add one half of a bottle of Certo (liquid pectin).
  4. Stir the pectin in completely.
  5. Pour the jelly into sterilized jars.
  6. Top the jelly in each jar with to inches of melted paraffin wax to seal.
  7. Let cool and set.
