Measurements | Ingredients |

Two Cups | Fruit Wine (Blackberry, Apple, etc.) |
Three Cups | Sugar |
One Half Bottle | Certo (Liquid Pectin) |
to Inch | Melted Paraffin Wax (for sealing) |
Instructions
- In a saucepan, dissolve three cups of sugar in two cups of fruit wine.
- Heat the mixture until it is near boiling, which should take about 5-10 minutes.
- Add one half of a bottle of Certo (liquid pectin).
- Stir the pectin in completely.
- Pour the jelly into sterilized jars.
- Top the jelly in each jar with to inches of melted paraffin wax to seal.
- Let cool and set.
