1/2 CupChopped Onion
2Eggs
1/2 CupMilk
1/2 CupGrated Cheese
To TasteButtered Bread Crumbs

Instructions

  1. Drain Fresh Spinach (To Make 2 Cups Cooked) In Salted Boiling Water, (Or Frozen).
  2. Chop Onion. (1/2 Cup).
  3. In Blender, Add Eggs, 1/2 Cup Milk, And Drained Spinach And Chop.
  4. Pour Into Buttered Dish, Add 1/2 Cup Grated Cheese, And Top With Buttered Bread Crumbs.
  5. Bake 20 Minutes At 350 Degrees.
