One CupAlfalfa Sprouts
DashOnion Powder
DashSalt
CupAssorted Seeds (Sunflower, Peanut, and Soy Nuts suggested)
To MoistenMayonnaise
Six to Eight SlicesWhole Wheat Bread

Instructions

  1. Mix together one and a half cups of grated cheese (any variety like Jack, Cheddar, or Swiss, or a mix), one cup of alfalfa sprouts, a dash of onion powder, and a dash of salt.
  2. Add one half cup of assorted seeds (such as sunflower seeds, peanuts, and soy nuts).
  3. Add just enough mayonnaise to give enough moisture to spread the mixture.
  4. Serve on whole wheat bread.
  5. This makes 3 or 4 sandwiches.
