6 Small | Squash |
1 Cup | Sour Cream |
1 Cup | Water |
1 Cup | Tomato Pulp |

Instructions
- Combine rice, meat, salt, and pepper.
- Peel squash unless very young.
- Remove seeds from top.
- Stuff with rice and meat.
- Place in pan with water.
- Bake until tender, basting frequently.
- Cover with cream and tomato pulp.
- Brown in oven.
