1 Slice | Ham ½” thick |
3 Tbsp | Butter or Margarine |
1 ¼ Cups | Heavy Cream |

Instructions
- Slice Potatoes & Onions very thin.
- Mix with Salt, Pepper, Chopped Parsley.
- Make up Pastry.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Line Casserole dish with pastry.
- Pile in half the potato mixture.
- Cut Ham (or meat) into pieces & cover potatoes.
- Add rest of potatoes then dot with Butter.
- Cover with unpunctured top crust & seal edges.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Remove pie, cut circle in crust (size of half-dollar).
- Pour warm cream in hole carefully then replace pastry cutout.
- Let pie stand 10 or 15 min.
