Measurements	Ingredients
10	Pork Chops
1	Lemon, Sliced
1 lg	Onion, Sliced
1 cup	Catsup
1 cup	Water
3 T.	Worcestershire Sauce
1 t.	Chili Powder
1 t.	Salt
2 dashes	Tabasco

Instructions

1. Place chops in a pan.
2. Put a slice of onion and lemon on each chop
3. Roast 30 minutes at 450°${}^{\text{F}}$
4. Combine remaining ingredients
5. Pour over chops
6. Reduce hear to 350°${}^{\text{F}}$
7. Bake 1 hr. more, basting occasionally
