1/2 cupOnions (Chopped)
1 TablespoonFat
1 canMushroom Soup
1 - 6 ounce canEvaporated Milk
1/3 cupParmesan Cheese (Grated)
1 cupChicken (Cooked, cubed)
1 - 3 ounce canMushrooms (Sliced, drained)
1/2 cupRipe Olives (Sliced)
2 TablespoonsParsley (Chopped)
2 teaspoonsLemon Juice
6 ouncesNoodles or Spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Cook chopped onion in fat until tender.
  2. Add soup, evaporated milk, and 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese; heat and stir.
  3. Add chicken with remaining ingredients: mushrooms, ripe olives, parsley, lemon juice, and cooked noodles or spaghetti.
  4. Pour into greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle with additional cheese (amount not specified).
  6. Bake at 370 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
