MeasurementsIngredients
1½ lbsTenderloin of Beef, cut in shoestring strips
To TasteSalt
To TastePepper
2 TablespoonsButter
1 TablespoonFlour
2 CupsStock
1 TablespoonTomato Paste
1 TablespoonChopped Onion
½ lbMushrooms
2 TablespoonsSour Cream

Instructions

  1. Season meat well with salt & pepper, set stand for 2 hours.
  2. Brown flour in butter, work to a smooth paste, stir in stock gradually, and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in tomato paste.
  4. Add mushrooms.
  5. Sear meat in butter with chopped onion.
  6. When brown, put meat in the sauce and simmer 5 min.
  7. Add sour cream; heat and serve.
