MeasurementsIngredients
1 - 6 ounce boxLong Grain Rice
1 - 10 ounce canCream of Mushroom Soup
1 - 16 ounce canChinese Vegetables (Drained)
6Lean Pork Chops
Pepper (to taste)
1 1/4 cupWater

Instructions

  1. Combine rice, soup, and 1 1/4 cups of water, and vegetables in a large baking dish.
  2. Arrange pork chops on top.
  3. Sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  5. Add additional water if needed.
