Measurements	Ingredients
$\frac{1}{2}$ Cup	Evaporated Milk (reg. milk o.k.)
$\frac{1}{4}$ Cup	Bread Crumbs
1	Egg
1 tsp	Salt
1 tsp	Dry Mustard
$\frac{1}{4}$ tsp	Pepper
$\frac{1}{3}$ Cup	Minced Onion
1 lb	Ground Beef
Amount not stated	Cheese Slices
Amount not stated	Mashed Potatoes (for topping)
Amount not stated	Butter (for dotting)

Instructions

1. Adjust quantities to your needs
2. Mix milk with bread crumbs.
3. Beat in next 5 ingredients.
4. Mix in ground beef with fork.
5. Turn into 9” pie plate.
6. Bake in moderate oven (350°F.) 30 min.
7. Remove. Cover hot meat with cheese slices.
8. Swirl mashed potatoes on top; dot with butter.
9. Place under broiler to melt butter and lightly brown.
10. Don’t forget to make mashed potatoes while meat is cooking.
