1 PoundsChipped, Boiled Ham

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, mix 1 cup ketchup, cup brown sugar, cup water, 2 tablespoons vinegar, tablespoon dry mustard, and tablespoon nutmeg.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Add 1 lbs chipped, boiled ham to the sauce mixture in the saucepan.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil on top of the stove.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a deep baking dish.
  6. Bake uncovered at 250°F (120°C) for 45 minutes.
  7. The meat is served on hamburger buns.
  8. It is good served with french fries and a green salad.
