Instructions

  1. In bowl, mix soup, salsa, and cumin. Set aside.
  2. Arrange chicken in a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
  3. Place artichoke hearts around chicken.
  4. Pour soup mixture over top.
  5. Sprinkle with olives.
  6. Bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
  7. Sprinkle with cilantro.
  8. Make 6 servings.
