BBQ Sauce

MeasurementsIngredients
1/2 TablespoonBrown Sugar
1/2 CupCatsup
1/4 CupWater
DashPepper
1/2 TeaspoonSalt
1 TeaspoonCelery Salt or Celery Seed
3 TablespoonsButter
1/2 TeaspoonDry Mustard
2 TablespoonsWorcestershire
1 TablespoonLiquid Smoke

Instructions

BBQ Sauce

  1. Combine all in a saucepan, heat slowly, Cool.

Brisket

  1. Day 1: Baste brisket w/ liquid smoke & salt. Wrap in foil & refrigerate overnight.
  2. Day 2: Rub brisket w/ onion (dried) & garlic powder. Rewrap in foil & bake at 275° for 10 hours. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Day 3: Slice brisket thin. Cover with sauce. Rewrap in foil & bake 325° for 1 hr.
