1 Teaspoon | Worcestershire Sauce |
Teaspoon | Garlic Salt |
Teaspoon | Sugar |
Teaspoon | Dry Mustard |
8 | Hamburger Buns, Split & Toasted |
2 Cups | Shredded Lettuce |
1 Cup (4 Ounces) | Shredded American Cheese |
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the meat; drain off fat.
- Add undrained tomatoes, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, sugar, and dry mustard.
- Stir well, breaking up large pieces of tomato.
- Bring to boiling; reducei heat.
- Boil gently, uncovered, until thick, about 15-20 minutes.
- Spoon onto toasted buns.
- Sprinkle each of the burgers with lettuce and shredded cheese.
