1 TeaspoonsMinced, Garlic
3 TablespoonsVegetable Oil
1 CupWater
CupBrown Sugar
3 TablespoonsSoy Sauce
2 TablespoonsPeanut Butter
TeaspoonGround Ginger
TeaspoonGrated, Lemon Peel
DashHot Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut steak across the grain into inch slices.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in oil.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until slightly thickened.
  4. Thread meat on skewers; brush with sauce.
  5. Grill for 8-10 minutes, basting with sauce.
