Instructions
- Cut steak across the grain into inch slices.
- Sauté onion and garlic in oil.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until slightly thickened.
- Thread meat on skewers; brush with sauce.
- Grill for 8-10 minutes, basting with sauce.
