1 PoundFish Fillets
Salt
Pepper
3/4 CupSour Cream
1/3 CupMayonnaise
2 TablespoonsFlour
2 TablespoonsLemon Juice
1/4 TeaspoonDill Weed
2 PoundsSpinach (or about 2 bunches)
Water

Instructions

  1. Arrange fillets in shallow baking dish (9x13).
  2. Salt and pepper.
  3. With wire whip, blend sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, lemon juice, and dill.
  4. Spread over fish.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until flakey - about 10 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, put spinach in a frying pan with water clinging to leaves.
  7. Cover and cook over medium heat until spinach wilts.
  8. Drain and put on platter.
  9. Put fish on top of spinach
