2 Tablespoons | Flour |
2 Tablespoons | Lemon Juice |
1/4 Teaspoon | Dill Weed |
2 Pounds | Spinach (or about 2 bunches) |

Instructions
- Arrange fillets in shallow baking dish (9x13).
- Salt and pepper.
- With wire whip, blend sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, lemon juice, and dill.
- Spread over fish.
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until flakey - about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, put spinach in a frying pan with water clinging to leaves.
- Cover and cook over medium heat until spinach wilts.
- Drain and put on platter.
- Put fish on top of spinach
