1/2 Cup | Grated Cheddar Cheese |
1/2 Cup | Chopped Onion |
1 Tablespoon | Flour |
2 | Eggs, Beaten |
1 Cup | Evaporated Milk |
1/4 Teaspoon | Black Pepper |
1 Pound | Mild or Hot Sausage |
1/3 Cup | Chopped Green Pepper |
1 | Deep Dish Unbaked Pie Crust |
1 Tablespoon | Parsley Flakes |
1 1/2 Teaspoon | Season Salt |
1/4 Teaspoon | Garlic Salt |
Instructions
- Fry sausage, onion, and pepper together. Drain off grease.
- Combine Cheese and Flour. Pour over sausage mixture, and pour it to unbaked crust.
- Mix remaining ingredients, pour over sausage mixture.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-55 minutes, until golden brown.

Makes one deep dish pie!
