MeasurementsIngredients
1/2 CupGrated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 CupChopped Onion
1 TablespoonFlour
2Eggs, Beaten
1 CupEvaporated Milk
1/4 TeaspoonBlack Pepper
1 PoundMild or Hot Sausage
1/3 CupChopped Green Pepper
1Deep Dish Unbaked Pie Crust
1 TablespoonParsley Flakes
1 1/2 TeaspoonSeason Salt
1/4 TeaspoonGarlic Salt

Instructions

  1. Fry sausage, onion, and pepper together. Drain off grease.
  2. Combine Cheese and Flour. Pour over sausage mixture, and pour it to unbaked crust.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over sausage mixture.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-55 minutes, until golden brown.

Note

Makes one deep dish pie!
