Instructions
- Beat eggs, cream, and seasonings (salt, pepper, nutmeg).
- Add cheese, diced ham, and mix.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake in the upper 1/3 of the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until set.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes.
