Measurements | Ingredients |

2 Packages | Frozen Spinach |
1/2 Cup | Harvest Wheat Crackers, Crumbled |
3 | Eggs, Beaten |
4 Ounce Package | Cream Cheese |
4 Tablespoon | Butter |
3/4 Cup | Milk |
1/4 Teaspoon | Salt |
1/2 Cup | Cheddar Cheese, Shredded |
Dash | White Pepper |
Instructions
- Cook spinach according to package directions.
- Drain and add cream cheese.
- Stir over low heat until cheese is melted (looks like cream sauce).
- Add all other ingredients except wheat crumbs and cheese.
- Place 1/2 spinach mixture in a greased, square pan.
- Top with 1/2 wheat crumbs.
- Pour the rest of the spinach mixture over the crumbs.
- Top with the cheese and remainder of the crumbs.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until puffed and golden.
