1 Teaspoon | Baking Powder |
1/2 Teaspoon | Salt |
1 Pint | Cottage Cheese, small curd |
1 Pound | Monterey Jack Cheese, grated |
1/2 Cup | Butter, melted |
2 Cans | Chili, or similar amount frozen |
(Optional) Sliced Tomatoes |
Instructions
- Dump eggs in blender.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and melted butter.
- Blend.
- Add chili or similar amount frozen.
- Pour into greased pan.
- (Optional) Place sliced tomatoes on top before baking.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.
