Measurements | Ingredients |

2 Cans | Crab Meat, drained |
1/4 Cup | Flour |
1/4 Cup | Dry Sherry (opt.) |
1 1/4 Cup | Light Cream |
1/4 Cup | Butter |
Several drops | Hot Sauce |
2 Tbsp | Sliced Green Onions |
1/8 tsp | Pepper |
2 Tbsp | Chopped Green Pepper |
1/4 Cup | Sliced Stuffed Olives |
Instructions
- Place crab in a bowl.
- Sprinkle with sherry.
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Add onions & green pepper.
- Saute until tender.
- Add flour, blending until smooth.
- Add cream gradually until smooth.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth & thickened.
- Remove from heat, stir in hot sauce, pepper, crab meat & olives.
- Place in a chafing dish.
- Simmer 5 min.
- Serve over toast points or saffron rice.
