Measurements | Ingredients |

2 Cans | Yellow Cream Corn OR |
1 Can | Whole Yellow Corn |
1 4 Ounce Can | Green Chilies (My family likes 8oz) |
1/4 Cup | Chopped Onion |
1/2 Cup | Yellow Corn Meal |
2 | Beaten Eggs |
1/2 Teaspoon | Garlic Powder |
2 Cups | (Monterey Jack 1c & 1c Sharp Cheese), Shredded |
1/2 Cup | Salad Oil |
1 Tablespoon | Sugar |
2 Teaspoon | Vinegar |
2 Cups | Evaporated Milk |
Instructions
- (Spray container with Pam before adding ingredients.)
- Mix together all ingredients except cheese.
- Pour 1/2 of ingredients mixture into casserole.
- Spread 1/2 of cheese over this layer.
- Pour other 1/2 of ingredients.
- Add other 1/2 of cheese over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for about 45 minutes.
