MeasurementsIngredients
2 CansYellow Cream Corn OR
1 CanWhole Yellow Corn
1 4 Ounce CanGreen Chilies (My family likes 8oz)
1/4 CupChopped Onion
1/2 CupYellow Corn Meal
2Beaten Eggs
1/2 TeaspoonGarlic Powder
2 Cups(Monterey Jack 1c & 1c Sharp Cheese), Shredded
1/2 CupSalad Oil
1 TablespoonSugar
2 TeaspoonVinegar
2 CupsEvaporated Milk

Instructions

  1. (Spray container with Pam before adding ingredients.)
  2. Mix together all ingredients except cheese.
  3. Pour 1/2 of ingredients mixture into casserole.
  4. Spread 1/2 of cheese over this layer.
  5. Pour other 1/2 of ingredients.
  6. Add other 1/2 of cheese over top.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for about 45 minutes.
