Instructions
- Brown ground meat in a skillet.
- Add chili powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped onion.
- Cook meat mixture in skillet 30-45 minutes.
- Heat salad oil in another pan. Dip tortillas in hot oil briefly (about a minute, or until softened).
- Fill softened tortillas with the meat mixture and roll them up.
- Place rolled tortillas seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Heat 1 can tomato sauce to boiling. Add 1 can water and mix.
- Pour the tomato sauce mixture over the tortillas in the baking dish.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
