Instructions

  1. Brown 2 pounds ground meat lean, chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 green pepper, Salt & pepper to taste, pimentos.
  2. Add: 1 Can cream of chicken soup, 1 Can cream of mushroom soup, 1 tall can whole kernal corn, 3 Cups cooked rice or noodles, 1 Cup sour cream.
  3. Mix these well.
  4. Sprinkle 1 can chow mein noodles.
  5. Bake 350° 45-1 hr.
