½ lb | Mushrooms |

1 cup | Fresh Peas |
½ cup | Diced Carrots |
1 tbsp | Flour |
3 tbsp | Fat |
2 cups | Sour Cream |
2 | Bay Leaves |
Instructions
- Cut meat into small cubes about 2”.
- Pound well with cleaver.
- Season with salt and pepper & fry in fat.
- Grease baking dish, place in it a layer of onions, mushrooms, peas, carrots, and capers mixed.
- Alternate the layers.
- Top layer should be meat.
- Make a sauce of 3 tbsp fat, flour, and sour cream; add bay leaves & pour into dish.
- Bake 375 until tender.
