¼ CupTable Fat
SliverGarlic
2 CupsDiced Leftover Beef
1 CupBeef Stock or 1 Bouillon Cube & 1 Cup Hot Water
½ lbMushrooms
1 TablespoonWater
1Large Onion
1 CupTomatoes
1 TeaspoonPaprika
1 TablespoonFlour
½ TeaspoonSalt
DashPepper
¼ CupThick Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Melt fat, fry onion and garlic lightly; add tomatoes.
  2. Simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Add meat, stock, and paprika and let simmer.
  4. Saute mushrooms and add.
  5. Make a paste of flour and water and add to mixture, stirring until smooth.
  6. Add salt, pepper, and sour cream.
  7. Heat through.
