Sliver | Garlic |
2 Cups | Diced Leftover Beef |
1 Cup | Beef Stock or 1 Bouillon Cube & 1 Cup Hot Water |
½ lb | Mushrooms |
1 Tablespoon | Water |
1 | Large Onion |
1 Cup | Tomatoes |
1 Teaspoon | Paprika |
1 Tablespoon | Flour |
½ Teaspoon | Salt |
Dash | Pepper |
¼ Cup | Thick Sour Cream |
Instructions
- Melt fat, fry onion and garlic lightly; add tomatoes.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Add meat, stock, and paprika and let simmer.
- Saute mushrooms and add.
- Make a paste of flour and water and add to mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Add salt, pepper, and sour cream.
- Heat through.
